Student Belongings Pick Up

Hello Baranoff Families! Thursday, July 30th and Friday, July 31st student materials will be available for contactless pick up following the schedule below.  Student items will include materials used during the last school year.  Class group pictures and yearbooks will also be included if they were previously purchased.  Pick up will occur in the circle drive in the front of the school with one entrance and one exit.


We kindly request your patience and understanding during this event. We have over 1,000 students at Baranoff, but we are allowed only 10 staff members (per Covid-19 safety guidelines) to make this supply distribution happen as safely and efficiently as possible. 



We have taken apart the schedule by grade level with the option of an indicated cluster in the PM time slots.  ONLY bags for the indicated grade will be available during the scheduled time below.

Traffic Flow



We request your help with the following:

  • Stay home if you are feeling sick and/or are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms.

  • Wear a mask.

  • In the circle drive, pull all the way forward to a numbered cone (leave no gaps).

  • Stay in your vehicle at all times. We will load the items into the trunk of your car. 

  • Display a student ticket (Found Here) or make one that lists: Child’s Full Name, Grade, Teacher.  (One ticket per child.) 

  • Please wait once you have received your items.  We will release everyone in the driveway at the same time to get ready for the next wave of vehicles. 

    • There will be a staff member signaling when it’s time to leave the driveway.

  • Please note, you will only be able to pick up your own child’s belongings. 

  • We will not accept library books at this time as this process is contactless.


If you are unavailable on the scheduled day/time, we will schedule another time to pick up your child’s items.  If you prefer to wait until the buildings are open to pick up your child’s items, we will store them safely in the building.
